RH Travel

Every page ends in a message.

RH Travel is a travel agency in Baku. Its customers book on WhatsApp, so we built a site that answers the question they searched for, shows a real price, and then hands them a message already written for that page. They fill in the dots and press send.

What we built

A search-first site in Azerbaijani, Russian and English, for people arriving in Azerbaijan and for people leaving Baku.

  • Tours

    Day trips and longer routes out of Baku, to Gabala, Sheki, Guba and the rest of the country, and packages abroad.

  • Transfers

    Airport pickups and intercity routes, each with its distance, drive time and price by car size.

  • Visa support

    Entry rules for visitors by nationality, and document lists for residents applying abroad.

The same four parts on every page

From the top of a route, visa or tour page to the bottom, in the order a reader meets them.

  1. The answer first

    The page opens with what the search asked: how far, how long, whether a visa is needed.

  2. Real prices, shown as “from”

    Prices come from the agency, each with the date it was last confirmed, so a reader knows how fresh the number is.

    Visa and entry facts link to the government pages they come from, and the page shows when they were last checked.

  4. A message, already written

    The last step is a WhatsApp message with the page's subject filled in and blanks for dates and travellers. The agency gets a request it can quote, not a “hi”.
